Delivery Area

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Cost & Time

  • Standard UK Delivery (2-4 business days): £5
  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £50

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT) are typically processed the same day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched

Delivery Information

  • A signature may be required for delivery
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging. The following conditions apply:

Acceptable for Return:

  • Unopened products in original sealed packaging
  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items received
  • Allergic reaction to product (proof may be required)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Sample-sized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
  • Returns must be received by us within 21 days of delivery
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

How to Return

  1. Contact us via Instagram Direct Message (@swrlskincare) or Facebook Messenger to initiate your return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and authorization
  3. Package your return securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item using a tracked service

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return
  • Original shipping costs are only refunded for damaged or incorrect items
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide return instructions
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
  2. Contact us via Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message
  4. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide return instructions
