The swrl® trademark is registered in the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States. All content, features, and functionality—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—are the exclusive property of Globalcart Group Limited and protected by international IP laws. No licence is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

3. Your Account

• Account creation : You may need an account to access certain features. Provide accurate and current information and keep it updated.
• Security : You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

4. Products & Orders

• Product information : Colours and details are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary by device.
• Pricing & availability : Prices (GBP/EUR, VAT‑inclusive) and stock levels may change without notice; quantities may be limited.
• Order acceptance : Your order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the products.
